**Camps with low enrollment may be canceled; you will be notified by telephone and email.**

 

Important Note for New Members registering for Camp:

Once your registration is complete you will receive an invoice for a new member annual fee: $20 Gymnastics Newfoundland and Labrador Camp Membership (applied to individual athletes). This amount must be paid in full within one week of registering.

 

Please read the following carefully before registering.

Refund Policy 
Once registered, to officially withdraw, a parent/guardian must complete and submit a request for refund form in person or by email and give a minimum notice of 7 days prior to start of camp date. You may contact us at (709) 368-5867 or at info@campiagymnastics.com to request this form. If the minimum notice of 7 days is given, a refund will be issued for all fees paid less a $25 administration fee. If a refund is requested due to an injury or a medical condition, a request for refund from must be submitted along with a physician’s note and a refund will be issued for all fees paid. There will be no refund or make-up classes for days missed by athlete.

Camp Info

During our Full Day Camp & "Just Gymnastics" Camps children are not permitted to be dropped off early or to be left unattended in the facility.

Campia promotes an atmosphere of safety and mutual respect and will not tolerate inappropriate conduct or behaviour.  Violation of these principles may result in immediate termination of the participant’s enrollment.

Upon completion of registration, you hereby give Campia and its employees the authority to act on your behalf in case of any emergency.  If, due to such circumstances as injury or sudden illness, medical treatment is necessary, you authorize Campia to take whatever emergency measures are deemed necessary by Campia for the protection of the participant while in the care of Campia.  You understand that this may involve calling a physician, interpreting and carrying out his or her instructions, and transporting the participant to a hospital, including the possible use of an ambulance.  You understand that this may be done prior to contacting you and that any expense incurred for such treatment, including ambulance fees, is your responsibility.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in Campia’s Camp activities and programs and to use Campia’s facility, equipment and services, you hereby forever waive, release and discharge Campia and its officers, agents, employees, representatives, executors and all other acting on their behalf from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries or damages to the participant’s person and /or property, including those caused by the negligent act or omission of any of sparing those mentioned or others acting on their behalf, arising out of or connected with the participation in any activities, programs or services of Campia Gymnastics or the use of any equipment within our facility. 

Allergies: 
Our facility is nut free and scent free. Our allergy list changes based upon the registered members for each session. Please ensure you have advised our front desk staff of any other allergies your child(ren) may have. We have identified the following allergies to be present: peanuts, tree nuts, kiwi, latex, fish, chic peas (Hummus), lentils. Please refrain from bringing food into the facility that may contain the above items.
