Mini Heroes (Age 3 - 4)
Empower your Mini Hero with confidence and independence! This 45-minute class is for children ages 3 – 4 years old who are ready to learn gymnastics without the assistance of a parent or caregiver. In this class, your Mini Hero will adopt a structured learning approach that will help develop their listening skills and their ability to follow directions in a fun and rewarding environment. Using the right mix of practice and play, your Mini Hero will be introduced to all six fundamental movement patterns of gymnastics including swings, springs, landings, locomotion, stationary positions, and rotations. Programming is paced appropriately in order to build upon the existing balance, coordination and motor skills of each child.
At the end of each session, your Mini Hero will receive a certificate of achievement to celebrate their success. This Mini Heroes class teaches introductory gymnastics skills and terminology which makes it the perfect stepping stone for our Mighty Heroes program.
