Hero Academy II

Hero Academy II: Age 6 – 12 (75 minutes)

Build upon a foundation of fun, fitness and fundamental movement! In this 75-minute class, your Superhero will further develop their strength, balance and coordination with more advanced gymnastics skills. Under the guidance of our certified coaches, gymnasts will progress through CanGym’s Bronze and Purple badges, learning more complex locomotion such as cartwheels. They will also improve their Superhero strength and body awareness as they safely learn jumps and twists on different apparatuses. The aim of our Hero Academy II class is to give your Superhero the strength and confidence to challenge themselves in Campia’s fun, safe and encouraging atmosphere.

This class is designed for returning gymnasts ages 6 – 12 years old. Programming is paced appropriately for the development of each gymnast and progress reports will be distributed at the end of each session to monitor, encourage and celebrate their progress!
